Do Kwon escapes extradition yet again, goes to migrant centre

According to reports, the extradition of Do Kwon has been halted by legal wrangling between numerous legal departments within the government.

Montenegro will reportedly extradite Do Kwon to South Korea after rejecting his appeal and extradition requests made by the United States.

Since Do Kwon tried to escape to Dubai, his extradition has been approved and appealed, with its status changing at least seven times.
