Former FTX exec Nishad Singh is scheduled to be sentenced today and has received a letter of support from FTX bankruptcy CEO John J. Ray III.

Nishad Singh’s team has submitted his sentencing submission, arguing that he should avoid prison due to his extensive cooperation.

Rumors of a $16 billion payout to victims of the FTX fraud circulated on social media. Some people thought they would receive money today.
