Former FTX exec Nishad Singh is scheduled to be sentenced today and has received a letter of support from FTX bankruptcy CEO John J. Ray III.

Nishad Singh’s team has submitted his sentencing submission, arguing that he should avoid prison due to his extensive cooperation.
