Disgraced FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried and $110 million Mango Market exploiter Avraham Eisenberg are sharing the same prison again.

FTX debtors have announced a new plan that would allow nearly all claimants a complete recovery, but some are still frustrated.

There’s little legal wiggle room for Bankman-Fried and while he may present specific arguments, the odds of them succeeding are pretty low.

Bankman-Fried’s sentence comes after he was found guilty of wire fraud, conspiracy to commit fraud, and money laundering conspiracy.
