3AC founders could be in contempt if they ignore new court order

The court order order stipulates that Davies and Zhu must hand over all documentation relevant to 3AC’s bankruptcy by April 14.

Kyle Davies has time to launch crypto exchange but not to answer courts

Kyle Davies was sent a subpoena via Twitter in January but instead of replying has spent his time promoting a new crypto exchange called GTX.
