The Supreme Court ruling sends Do Kwon’s extradition case back to the High Court, where his fate will be decided.

According to reports, the extradition of Do Kwon has been halted by legal wrangling between numerous legal departments within the government.

Since Do Kwon tried to escape to Dubai, his extradition has been approved and appealed, with its status changing at least seven times.

Do Kwon and his compatriot Joon Chang were stopped at a Montenegrin border crossing when they presented fake Costa Rican passports.
