3AC founders could be in contempt if they ignore new court order

The court order order stipulates that Davies and Zhu must hand over all documentation relevant to 3AC’s bankruptcy by April 14.

CoinFLEX token FLEX has jumped to $1.50 on the back of news that it will be used by new crypto bankruptcy claim exchange, OPNX.

Kyle Davies was sent a subpoena via Twitter in January but instead of replying has spent his time promoting a new crypto exchange called GTX.

The subpoenas will demand that named staff give up anything from company documents and papers to financial records and account details.
