Self-proclaimed Bitcoin inventor Craig Wright is now apparently into pumpkin farming, but has already been accused of “farming fraud.”

Craig Wright ordered to pay $290,000 in legal costs over improper AI usage

Craig Wright has been ordered to pay $290,000 in legal costs for his AI-based appeal that “significantly” risked misleading court.

Sources familiar with Craig Wright’s case say something was filed with the Supreme Court that is likely an application to appeal.

Craig Wright was found guilty of criminal contempt of court and will also have to pay £144,000 in legal costs as part of his punishment.

Craig Wright claimed he couldn’t attend today’s court hearing due to “a lack of means for travel” despite COPA offering to cover his costs.
