BlockTower Capital founder Ari Paul alleged Coinbase "lost" $25M of his company funds while covering up “massive and repeated hacks.”

The suit, which calls the hack "sophisticated," is suing Coinbase on numerous counts, including unjust enrichment, and is seeking restitution.

The hacker linked to the theft of 400 BTC panic-sold their ETH during today's crypto crash and lost $4.5M in the process.
