Estonia appears to be the first country to host Bitcoin’s whitepaper via its government domain.

The Estonian government agency handling the nation’s e-residency program tweeted a link to the whitepaper on Tuesday.

Industry insider Balaji Srinivasan challenged governments to host Bitcoin’s whitepaper in response to Craig Wright’s latest legal threat to its publishing rights. Estonia is the only nation to accept so far.

Wright claims to be pseudonymous Bitcoin creator Satoshi Nakamoto, and has previously taken steps to copyright the cryptocurrency’s whitepaper in the US.

A raft of prominent crypto figures — including Jack Dorsey’s Square — have already thumbed their noise at Wright by hosting the whitepaper themselves.
